Champion Select Bug

I noticed since a few patches ago that if someone disconnects during select, sometimes the game will still push through as if they didn't. This can be problematic when they reconnect with the wrong runes / masteries. Not sure if this was an intentional change or not, but I've noticed it happen enough times to know it's not a 1 off glitch.
