Restriction Glitch in team builder

I created a team builder lobby, invited two of my friends because they both wanted to duo, but they didn't want to play team builder, so I closed the lobby, all of a sudden i have a 26 minute temp ban for that wtf need to up a bit riot.

Having the same problem! Failed to select a champion in one blind pick lobby because my team couldn't decide what rolls to play, now i'm restricted for w/e. Perfectly clean record, no games left previously, no afk's, no anything. Really annoying for me, and my twitch viewers.
