I bought a Championship Skin (thresh) successfully in Player Select page (aram) but as soon as I made the purchase it then it dissappeared from available skins.. It wasn't there to select. Same with SSW skin. Game loaded normally, and i had the normal skin. After game, skin was shown as owned. That was a bummer, I dont get thresh a lot in arams. What happened?

You can buy skins in the champ select screen.
You can't buy Championship Thresh anymore. (I think)
The only conceivable option I can see is that you bought the random skin thing and then got that skin. In which case you wasted 95 rp and will not get any skin permanently.
Or, if I am completely wrong, Clarify. There is nowhere near enough info to make a response other than this one.
For the most part, its been like that for awhile, you cant play the skin if you just got it in champ select. I see it on streams all the time. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.
