[CLIENT] First win of the day says it's available when it's not

After login, I check my first win of the day and it says it's not available (eg: 4 hours left). Then I spectate a game, check it again and now it says it's available. If I play a game or logout-login and check again it says it's not available again (eg: 3.5 hours left).

So I guess it only happens after spectating another game.
