why is it i get bans for not locking in when im trying to, but it wont let me ban or lock in?

ps. for whatever reason youre getting rid of boards, i wont understand it, but we need a spot for rioters to be able to get back to us and explain or even inform that something is being done about bug ____ or that sortve thing
