Sivir Shield and Cass Ult bug

These are two bugs I found while playing on China server so I'm not sure if this applies to all servers... But they were both very obvious.

Sivir: I watched her shield absorb both a Blitz pull and a Lux ult when they both hit at the exact same time and were dead on target. Obviously those are both pretty significant abilities and lost us the kill. There were no minions or other champions around so it was extremely obvious that something caused two of those abilities to be negated instead of just one, but she had no items or summoner spells to do it. I have seen Lux ults pass through champions before so this could be the case here

Cass: I ulted an Ezreal facing towards me so early in his ult that no one knew it had started, but the audio for it could be heard while he was stone and then the ult just appeared out of his body. It was really frigging ridiculous to watch, so whether it's intended or just a bug, his ult shouldn't be given such a huge privilege when other abilities and ults with cast/channel times can be cancelled by CC immediately

Like Lux, once Ez starts the ult channel, it happens. Death is the only answer.

DarkRitual explained the Ezreal interaction, bt for the Sivir one, if the two abilities are close enough, they will both be blocked by spellshield. It hovers for like a second even after it initially pops

Sometimes when I play as lux and I ult someone, it will go straight through them and they don't take any damage. Maybe there is a bug with Lux ult? (I haven't really checked the boards for this, so I don't know if it has been confirmed or not)

For Sivir , what happens is that her E once it pops gives her one frame of immortality and cc immunity. It just doesn't make those pop up every time she uses it.

For the Cassiopeia VS. Ezreal , Ez ult is not a channel. It just has a long cast animation. So once it starts, you can't stop it.

So it sounds like Sivir's shield has a legitimate issue of blocking 2 abilities when it should only block 1. There is also an issue of Lux's ult passing through targets without causing damage, I've seen it in a game of mine and it's in a dunkey video.

As for the Lux and Ez ult animation thing, sounds like there's no bugs involved. It just seems (in my opinion) to be a huge advantage and privilege for those ults when so many other ults in the game get cancelled or at least have a partial reset when they get CCed. I feel like for these two ults, their range is long and safe enough to warrant the "typical" consequence of getting yourself CCed. If you walk into a friggin Cass ult to fire your own Ez ult off, you should regret it.
