BLACK CLEAVER STATES THAT IT GIVES YOU 20 MS WHEN DEALING PHYSICAL DAMAGE, ONLY GETTING 10 EXTRA
When I was in practice tool today with Lucian, I noticed that I only gain extra 10 MS as opposed to 20 when I do physical damage. Please fix.

UNIQUE: Dealing physical damage to an enemy champion Cleaves them, reducing their armor by 4% for 6 seconds, stacking up to 6 times for a maximum of 24%. UNIQUE – RAGE: Dealing physical damage grants 20 movement speed for 2 seconds. Assists on Cleaved enemy champions or kills on any unit grant 60 movement speed for 2 seconds instead. This movement speed bonus is halved for ranged champions.
Movespeed has different breakpoints where you get less ms after the threshold.
Same with losing movespeed, an 80% slow isnt 80%
The ms bonus is halved for ranged champions...
Also, raw movement speed between 415 and 490 gets multiplied by 80%, and raw move speed above 490 gets multiplied by 50%. As a ranged Lucian who only benefits from half the move speed benefit of Black Cleaver, you would get 8 movespeed if you are above 415 and 5 move speed if you are above 490.
This is why I don't take Celerity on Hecarim, but CDR runs instead, because I'd rather get 10 free CDR and overcap it for damage than get a 4% move speed boost (instead of the 8% advertised) at 800 movespeed.
