Hi I had a major wifi crash one game and the next day i got on i was banned from the queues for 10 minutes. Okay. I don't care. So 10 minutes later i went back on, and the 10 minutes reset. I was wondering what was wrong so i just sat there and watched it for 10 minutes. he next 10 minutes went by and so I left, invited my friend, and went back on, but the 10 minutes had reset AGAIN. I would like to know if you could please fix this and let me be able to play again?

*NOTE: It did this in every queue i joined.

i was banned from normal games from leaving a custom match. pls riot can i have my privelage back. just so i dont have to wait 10 minutes before playing
