[CLIENT] Login screen flash animation is smaller than the window

Hello, Riot. The problem is about the login screen animation (rek'sai, snow day orianna, the one before orianna, and maybe the one more before that too, can't remember). The animation is smaller than the login window. If animation is disabled - splash fits ok. I assume someone already posted about this, but it feels awkward that the bug still persists. I'm attaching a screenshot with clearly visible black edges of frame. And I am not the only one receiving this problem =). However further patches with same splash fixed the animation size. But the first one was somewhy shrinked. (Currently it is shrinked)
