some times when im playing the game freezes then i have to reset my pc and i even get leaverbusted for this HELP PLEASE

I get it too. It literally happens after I've played 2 games, and the 3rd game always crashes. It's happened for the last 4 days and I even got leaverbuster for it. It also happens at the same time, 5-7mins in game when i'm level 3 in jungle. It's so frustrating
