out of no where the client started to get extremely laggy, but i managed to go into game, i wish i didnt, the second i got into game my FPS dropped to 10 and i couldnt play all game, ive tried to lower the resolution, ive restraded my laptop, i put the close client in game option and enable low space mode and it all didnt work, ive deleted like 60gb from the laptop and still didnt work and the thing is last night it was working perfectly.

Make sure you close all unneed programs such as steam chrome ect. Best place to go see is open task manager and look through your background processes and see what you don't need. I'm also going to assume this isn't a very good laptop in terms of gaming so it could just be getting close to dying on you.

Alriiight! You're playing on a laptop my good sir. I have experience with this exact problem also.

(the most common solution) Reinstall from official link: https://signup.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/signup/redownload
One of your core drivers might have been corrupted/uninstalled (same goes with .dll files)

Try right clicking your start button and opening "Computer Management", click on the "Device Manager" tab and to update any drivers open one ( ex. Processors ) then double click on your "processor" and go to the driver tab and there will be an update drivers button.
If none of this works, I would recommend resetting your laptop. PS. sorry about this, I feel your pain 100% tbh, you really just gotta be able to invest in a good PC because even though this game can run on laptops and older computers, you will always run into problems.
