Can't Click Social Tabs

Just recently started up League and ntoiced I can't access my friends list nor click the club or notification tabs either. THe rest of the client is working fine I am just unable to interact with anyone aside from sending them an invite to a game. Anyone else having this problem? I tried restarting league but nothing changed.

Only way to work around this for me is by using my mouse along with mouse keys while dragging, from outside what seems to be an imaginary box blocking a direct click in the bottm right corner where the social tabs are located, hovering over the tab and using the mouse key.
