[CLIENT] UI bug in launcher during champion select I could't select my masteries 30 min wait now WTF

during champion select I was looking trying to change my runes and masteries (which were previously selected for AP champion) and the entire bottom portion of the launcher was missing! I had to dodge and now I have to wait 30 min for something that isn't my fault. seriously wtf. please fix this. I think this happened when i was trying to resize the launcher or change the resolution of my screen, one of those or maybe both. I did both.
