[GAMEPLAY] Key's were not responding when trying to use abilities in game.

Game started I was not able to use abilities because of some bug. I was able to type in chat. as lee sin I could see it was trying to work I could see the line when you use sonic wave or [Q] but it would not fire. None of my abilities worked and I died in jungle. This has happened before, it's been years but it has happened before. This really screwed me over in jungle. Can you please fix this. I had to exit the game and then reconnect. I don't know why it does this but it's very detrimental when trying to play. I don't know what I did maybe it was when I tabbed out or something or something was running in the background and caused the keys to not respond in game.
