Jarvan or machete bug

I was messing around with Jarvan 4 in a custom game on SR, with and , and along with all the other smite items were available, but when i bought it, it would take the money and turn it into nothing, but not allow me to refund the gold i spent. Wasn't in an actual game, so it doesnt't matter all that much, but quite interesting. I thought the jungle items were disabled to you unless you have smite.
