Permanent Quinn Ultimate

I was playing a 5vs5 custom game with friends, I was late game, full build, with potion, I use my ultimate and I solo baron

in the end I was recalling but an enemy shows up and I just use E Q basic attack and then he was dead, I started to recall again and I saw that I was full HP and Full Build! So I didn't recall, then was just walking in the blue jungle side and I just look to ultimate timer and....It was no timer!!! I was like WHAT?! I was permanent valor until the end of the game!! I didn't test to use Ultimate again. Also I could use my abilities without problems!

It just happened once, I hope it can be solved
