Shortkeys suddenly not work while in game

Hope you can fix this soon. At the beginning of a game shortkeys work as they should, but suddenly in game the shortkeys get messed up - and stop working. It does not help to go to settings -> shortkeys and click default.

Sometimes it helps to relog, but very often after a relog the shortkeys stop working again...

I have repported this on the board/forum several months ago. At one point i did think it maybe was something wrong with my Windows, so a few weeks ago i re-installed my whole system and downloaded League of Legends from your website.

But it did not take long after the re-install that the shortkeys problem again showed up again.

My system: Lenovo Y50 (Laptop) Windows 10 Intel i7-4710HQ CPU @2,50GHz 16GB RAM NVIDIA GeForece GTX 860M

Could it be that some program on my computer causes the problem? - I run these programs: Skype Sophos home antivirus Discord Google drive A couple of games (but iv had these games installed before and LoL worked fine back them)

Some say the windows Xbox app/settings can affect how games run... it might only affect your FPS, or something else.... i dont know

Hope someone from the Riot staff can comment on this post :)
