[CLIENT] Item Sets Still Work...?

Just updated to the Alpha Client and almost didn't notice at first that the item sets I had still show up in games. While I'm aware Riot pays little attention to issues like this because so few people use them... I don't know, I thought they should know.

More so, I'd sort of like to know if I could continue to alter them by changing league files manually, since they still work and it'd probably take too much effort to stop them and not other programs from working. Anybody who knows about a video or a tutorial or something, I'd really appreciate it.
