[GAMEPLAY] Pantheon able to Q before landing from his R

Disclaimer: this was during a robot game, but I had no lag and I was not the only one who saw it.

But yeah, just like the title, Pantheon was able to throw his spear (seemingly from where he was going to land) before he landed during his skyfall.

I don't play Pantheon, so I can't personally reproduce the issue (sorry). Just thought it might be worth looking into.
