[Client] One Ranked loss counted as two!

So this morning I logged on to play a ranked game, unfortunately I lost the game. When I looked at my promotion track I noticed that the one ranked loss counted as two!?

Here's some screen shots as proof. Please Riot staff please contact me! I've restarted the pvp.net client and it still shows two losses.

If you check the screenshot with my match history you can see that there's one ranked win shown and one ranked loss shown. The ranked loss at the top is my most recent game, there's no ranked loss in between the win shown below. Though, if you look at the promotion track it shows that there should be a second loss above the ranked win in my match history.
