(GAMEPLAY) Pulsefire Ezreal can not crit using Q
If you buy statikk with pulsefire ezreal his Q does not crit when statikk is applied.
(Other skins do make the statikk shyv crit)

Are you saying his Q isn't critting in PFE or that his Q procing 
wont have crit?
Cause your title makes it sound as if ez Q should crit but isn't in PFE skin(which it doesn't crit anyway so that would be intended).

This sentence makes it sound like is preventing his Q from critting(again it can't crit in the first place).

This is saying only isn't critting. I'm assuming this is the one you are trying to report on but ended up making a post with three different meanings.
