Emotes have quieted down

Hi, This has gone on for about a month or so, Since the last Patch I believe, but I have noticed that whenever Myself, or others use the emotes, It's like way more quiet now, And just wondering Why? I didn't change any settings and only happened whenever the last Patch was - ALSO - I just Deal with it now, but After the game ends, It takes a very long time for the End Game screen to appear. Like 30-45 seconds. On my Laptop it's like instant, Thanks for reading and any advice would be nice
