Ascension Tahm Kench Bug

During some recent games a few Kench players have cought wind of making players stuck in a corner of the map from fountain. These players are always stuck till the end of the game, and I see this to being a growing problem for others to enjoy this. Please as soon as possible fix this if at possible respond. One such player though KibiToast has done this. This one summoner I cought attempting over and over again please do something soon.
