New client problems.

Currently and I have been trying to hold my tongue about this, but every time I wish to Que this problem happens were I can either get time to ban or have no time at all. This being said if given the chance to ban I will get little to no time to lock in a champion for draft or ranked. As of this morning I got punished due to these problems and error occurrences delaying my chance to do anything during champ select. Outside of champ select I can't even see the match accept, and when I do with the chance to accept it too gives me an error and gives me a dodge'd timer. Please riot if you can fix this or find me a better solution let me know as soon if possible.
