[Client] If I have rune menu open while somebody dodges. Forced Dodge.

1. Rune menu will stay stuck open for about 20 seconds (unable to exit)
2. Champion select will appear to have lost connection
3. The only thing that stops this is if a queue pops (and I'm forced to afk through it because I can't close runes yet) and the moment this happens it'll finally bring me back to the game lobby to show me the queue timer go down
4. Only then, I can save my runes and sit out the 5:30 queue that I inevitably get

Kind of annoying, I'm getting a 5 minute queue almost every day I play and I don't want this to ramp up to a 2 hour queue any time soon. It forces me to dodge a queue AND champion select it's so terrible.
