[GamePlay] Jarvan's Passive auto won't Proc Any attack animation and deals no bonus damages

Was playing Jarvan using the Warring Kingdom skin, i started attacking minions when the game started and realized there was no animation when i am landing my first attack. Which should be launching my Passive but instead, i just stood there and the damage was dealt, but it didnt have the passive damage. But attacks following will do my regular attack. I tried to take a screenshot but i didnt work so. Please fix this bug, this made me lose my Plat promo.
