[GamePlay] Using Potion while having the Devour item will decrease your attack speed.
If you have the uncompleted devour item and you are fighting a jungle camp. using a potion will reduce my attack speed.

it will reduce the attack speed completed or sated..it does it no matter what...i've been reporting this and others have for weeks now
