Udyr's ult indicator(green light) for allies toggles on and off

Udyr's green allied light ult indicator blinks on and off even though HE HAS NO ULT. Either leave it off or leave it on. As seen in this video at 31s.

This has been around ever since the ult indicator lights next to the champion portraits came out, for months even years. Please fix. There might also need to be work done on Elise, Jayce, etc, in regards to the lights, not sure. I'm just pointing out Udyr because he is the only champion without an ult.

I would say just leave the light on all the time for Udyr. As well as for champs like Elise and Jayce, just leave it on all the time. The purpose of the ult light is to know when spells such as shockwave, unstoppable force, destiny, etc, are up.. Not to know the couple of seconds that Jayce can transform his weapon or the couple of seconds that Elise can transform. For these three champions, the light should be left on all the time, ESPECIALLY UDYR, because he DOESN'T EVEN HAVE AN ULT.
