Auto Summoner Spell Swap Not Working

Twice now I've queued for jungle and when I load into champ select it gives me the message about swapping your summoner spell to smite because you've been assigned jungle. But my summoner spells will be flash and ignite. I don't know if I'm the only one, but this could potentially put junglers in matches without smite because they see the message and don't check further.

Update: it has since happened in 90% of my games tonight. I think it has only worked right once.
