Doesnt seem like thresh is able to execute minions wit the runic shield support item thing. kind of annoying oh yeah and in champ select the ban timer got stuck at 0 for the enemy team, and bugged out causing me to lose a ban and lp
Deep Terror Nami2 votesHe can't, because he is Ranged and the Execute damage will only proc on Melee basic attacks.

The point is that there are a lot of "Thresh relic shield" bug reports, and it'd be nice if people researched a bug real quick to make sure they're not duplicating threads.
