Jayce's Auto Attacks with his passive take WAY longer

Like title says, Jayce's auto attacks take longer while his passive is up. This is also the case while in melee form. This bug is lots more noticeable while laning since it can cause you to miss CS due to this increased animation time.

If this could be fixed that would be awesome.

i've been playing him lately and notice that after you hammer form Q your auto attack takes a lot longer to fire and it's pretty irritating

its not a bug actually!! Jayce is like that since release that the trade back the attack with passive is "heavier" and that why reduce armor too
