Jinx Auto Attack Missing Particles (All Skins)

Jinx's Pow-Pow auto attacks used to have a muzzle flash + bullet shells flying out of her gun after she performed an auto attack. This is no longer present on all skins on the current patch.

Again, this isn't just her base skin but all skins from my testing.

Would be nice if this was fixed!
