Ability sounds stuck on loop around champions bug

I don't have a video right now but there is a bug where sometimes around champions they have their ability sounds stuck on a loop, I had it before with a Kog'Maws passive sound constantly playing on repeat and Master Yi with his Meditation, sometimes it goes away after a while or if they die and other times it doesn't.
