Missing bots in custom

There are a number of bots missing form the Custom game mode, but have their bots available in AI matches. For instance, there is Jhin Bot, but you can't select Jhin as a bot in a custom match.

That's not a bug. They only made the new boys available in AI matches

I think some bots got removed as well.

Two bots I recall seeing on the roster months ago was Jinx Bot and Fizz Bot, but they never moved from the spawn point (At least in Twisted Treeline).
