Jinx Q bug

So I'm not entirely sure what triggers it, but occasionally as Jinx, if you're in rocket mode and OOM, you can't fire rockets, and it's supposed to swap you back to minigun, but I have had more than one instance this patch where you can get stuck in rocket form with no mana, and can't use Q to switch back to the machine gun until you have enough mana to cast switcheroo.
