Huge Fps Drop since Patch 5.14 New HUD

I run League on a 4 year old laptop with a hp graphics card, so I play on the lowest settings. Before the patch, my game fps is around 30 to 70 which is playable. After installing the new patch, my game fps often drops to around 20 and even lower which is almost unplayable. Also, I playing on full screen. I pretty much can't play league until this fps drop is fixed.

Same. I use to have constant 60fps, however now at random times, in team fights or i drag my camera through the jungle where I dont even see anything, it falls below 20. Sometimes my screen will even freeze for a second.
