"Summoner has Disconnected" x3 [CRASH]

So, I was playing a ranked 5v5 game, which we were winning, when in the middle of a team fight 3 of our members just stop. They just sit there, die, then they all instantaneously disconnect, forcing a vs. . That went on for 10 minutes, then they log back on and... we lost. Losing 6 turrets in a row and all your inhibitors is pretty much impossible to come back from at that point. It kinda sucked. Lost 20 LP.
