Aurelion Sol's Comet of Legend movement speed buff still references gaining Escape Velocity

I was playing Mr.StarDragon when I noticed that Comet Of Legend's movement speed buff tooltip still references gaining Escape Velocity. Obviously this mechanic was removed in 6.19, and it's the only place where it's referenced (it's not mentioned on the E description/tooltip either).
