Launcher links not working

So for a few months now none of the links in the launcher work. This includes links people send me in chat as well as the news/stories before and after logging in in the launcher. I ran a repair tool a few months back shortly after it happened and it didn't fix it. Kinda leads me to believe it might not be the game but rather something on my computer causing the issue. But figured I'd ask here and see if anyone else had experienced and what they've done to fix it.
