[GAMEPLAY] Blitzcrank's missing fist

So yesterday I was in a team builder and there was a Blitz on the enemy team. Any time he used his hook to grab me. His fist was just missing. Invisible if you will. I could see his arm, well, long length of metal, that indicates where his fist should of been to hit me, but it was just missing. I kept getting snatched out of the air by an invisible fist.
