So Cho'gath with 6 stacks in bot game.

So I was playing Cho'gath in AI.

Apparently if you are on 6 stacks, the circle of danger area with enemy's fountain expends massiveing for no reason. (See attachment)

Obviously it doesn't affect me much, but I guess it's something Riot can fix if they want the game to be perfect.

On a side note it is so strange when Cho'gath is on 6 stacks but his ult range is almost as big as himself, you can only eat someone who is right under himself, it is weird to use imo.

I think it wants to show you when you will get in range of the Nexus turret rather than showing Nexus turret range itself (as in - your whole champion have to be in the range indicator) and Cho'Gath hit box is pretty damn huge at 6 stacks of Feast.

I presume it will look similarly when playing Zac and having a lot of health.

Um, what are you talking about? I'm inside the range of the fountain circle.

It has nothing to do with Nexus turret.

I don't know why I said Nexus turret when I meant fountain laser, sorry.

Anyway, I just checked with Zac - and yes. Your whole champion hit-box have to be inside the indicator for the fountain to start hitting you (mind you that hit-box is usually a bit bigger than the model, that's why it looks like you are in the range completely, while in reality a bit of Cho's hit-box is outside).

Also, when I was getting hit by the laser with Zac - the range indicator was actually shrinking (for those that don't know - Zac's size changes based on how much health he have). So the indicator shows the border which you have to fully cross rather than actual laser range.

I wonder if it can be helpful in determining hit-box sizes of champions.

I bet that is on purpose.
