[BUG] Shen taunt bug, patch 5.13

Patch: 5.13 Type of bug: In-game bug Description: This was a Shen's E bug I encountered, which was suppose to taunt Lucian(As seen in the video) and force Lucian to auto attack Shen, but in stead he was still chasing MF and continued to attack her at will. I asked Lucian in game too and he didn't know why the taunt wasn't working either. It happened more than once in this game and others, not sure if it had to do with the warlord skin specifically or not. I thought it could be the Lucian's passive that kept him chasing MF, but clearly it wasn't.

I don't have two computers to reproduce the bug, but I am happy to send the whole game play if required.

Also, was the push from Braum shield up a bug too? (0:14-0:16 in the video)
