Rito help us please :(

I won 2 games with my buddy that is lvl 9 and i didn't completed the Quest for PvP win with some under 15 lvl ... :( He didn't get his quest too . Its strange because it worked for the CO-OP quests and this one seems bugged for us Rito pls Help
