[GAMEPLAY] Can purchase jungle items without smite

Description: Currently Playing: Zed summoners: Flash and Ignite Summoners rift Bottom Lane

After getting a triplekill bot lane, I decided to go back to shop where I discovered I could purchase jungle items. It is unknown whether or not this is reproducible or just a network error. The video includes annotations highlighting this glitch and it's negative gameplay. Please excuse the less then family orientated chat.
