Blue essence opening bug

I pressed open all on a 7 stack of blue essence orbs and each orb is suppose to give 35000 essence each. Once opened i only received 35000 essence and all my essence orbs were opened and disappeared. Don't know if this bug is happening to others or if it was a freak accident but a orb refund or blue essence should be added to my and who evers account this has affected.
