Nightbringer Yasuo Ult Bug (Gameplay)

I have noticed that when I use the 'Nightbringer Yasuo' skin he no longer says his "Sorye Ge Ton!" line with his "demonic" voice, this bug has existed through several patches and I feel it needs to be addressed, when I spend money on a $20 skin (Canadian) I expect things to be working correctly, I think people have waited long enough for a fix, i've even submitted bug reports for this specific issue and its almost like its falling to deaf ears, this is unacceptable and it needs to be addressed.
