[client] no longer recieve chest, season highest grade always N/A
no matter what i got after the game,CBAS, it always shows N/A for whatever champ i play. And because of that i dont get any chest. This is been going for 2 months

i played lis and im already master 4. yet my seasonal highest grade is still N/A
lost about 8 chest already
Your best bet is to use something like gyazo.com to take screenshots of how it appears when you hover over the champ you have "N/A" on and another of you getting a grade for them. Then link those in a support ticket (sorry I only have the US link, not OCE) explaining your situation in detail.
