abilities and summoner spells not working
Every time i log on the first game i play i am unable to use any of my spells or sums, but am fully able to type so it is not a keyboard issue and is resolved after relogging

Similar thing happened to me yesterday and today. I can use flash and exhaust but if i have barrier, cleanse or ghost I can not use the spell. Just started happening with new patch. Really dumb.
Bump for interest : joined a game today after work, 1-1 in my series, get invaded lv 1 at blue, try to flash over the wall, but alas my summoners dont work upon logging into the game, and im forced to relog and set myself behind in lane and lose my series
