Will this ever get fixed? Guess not!

Strikes again! Try dropping a ward in the fountain upon loading, doesnt work, cant flash either, k lets hurry and re logg. Come back in, oh no minions are in lane! Still cant drop a ward, or flash, k lets try again Enemy mid laner is level 6 by this time, and after the 2nd re logg my abilities finally work I didnt want to win my series anyways, but wouldnt want this to happen to someone else!
