Good behaviour doesn't lower punishments, and chat punishments are excessive

No matter how much good behavior you have for months you cannot have you punishments go down. I tried to avoid bans at al cost, I just have severe anti-social disorders hence why I play so much I avoid leaving home because I struggle to interact with anyone in general

Meaning 1 bad game after years of gameplay can take summoners account away And this could be in the most depression filled moment off their life

Permanent account bans for toxic chat is not helping anything It is making punishments worthless and pointless I'm permabanned on my main All it resulted in was me making 4 more accounts, and refusing to spend a dime on LoL until such is rectified As I will not be throwing my money in a garbage bag and 99% off summoners will do just as such

It is completely injustice and not accomplishing the desired result This should be changed to suit, I might even recommend a public video off apology in such would be a great way to go or longer chat bans of 3 6 9 and 12 months, giving them some real time to think about their actions and words And then a perma chat ban

Perma Account bans should be restricted to hacking boting and modding off the game of any kind
